LOST PACKAGES
• Priority Insured Shipping: If your order goes missing in transit, we’ll reship or refund your package immediately – no questions asked.
• Standard Shipping: If your package is lost after it’s marked as delivered by the courier, we unfortunately can’t be held responsible.
CUSTOMS
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees charged by their country.

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags still attached.
• Returns must be free from stains, makeup, perfume or any signs of wear.
• Simply contact our support team to start your return.
• Once we receive your item in its original condition, your refund will be processed immediately.
